ABOUT

C-QUIG
Charles Quigless (aka C-Quig) was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. His mother is a judge of the Missouri Courts of Appeals and his father is a chiropractor.
Music has been a part of Quigless' life for as long as he can remember. Every day, he would have a song in his head and sometimes, he would sing in his head or sing out loud.
At the age of 3, Quigless was diagnosed with Autism. Doctors told his parents that he could never have a real conversation. So, his parents did everything to get Quigless to give him that ability. As of today, Quigless does have the ability.
At first, Quigless wanted to follow his father's footsteps and become a chiropractor. But, at the age of 12, he realized that it wasn't his thing. Quigless found a love for theatre when he took classes and did shows at his middle school. Ever since he did his first production in middle school, Quigless became more involved with theatre and did so many shows at his school and still counting. After his 6th grade year, he realized that his real passion was music. His parents signed him up for vocal lessons and still does them as of today. He loves writing music because he gets to express himself in a creative way.
In 2016, Quigless released his debut single, "Autism", which talked about his diagnosis and his experiences with it. He wrote this song to teach people who do have Autism or any disability to not let their disability take over them and they can still follow their dreams and become who they want to be. He also released a video the same day, which only took one take and was shot in under 5 minutes in Quigless' living room.
Later that year, Quigless released his second single, "Violence Has To End". The song focused on bullying and violence that has been going on around the world. The song also talks about Quigless' experiences of being a victim of bullying and how to overcome a bully. It also encourages everyone to stop bullying others and stop being violent to each other.
